According to the majority of mechanical engineers and skilled mechanic, is tired is considered the most critical part of the car. They monitor the performance of the car and is one of the most important factors in the smooth running involved. You need different types of tires if you drive on ice compared to what you will need when running on uneven surfaces. Inflation is very important. An over-inflated tires and over inflated tires can cause problems. It is therefore very important to check tire pressure. They also harm the environment, they lead to tons of carbon monoxide emissions from your car. Therefore, tire pressure monitoring system is used.

So far, it is quite clear that we can check the tire pressure using TPMS. But we also know how much the type of TPMS available. But I would first talk about different techniques used to monitor tire pressure.

The first way is by using pressure sensors. Suppose your car has four tires. Then you will require four pressure sensors. All pressure transducers are tuned to measure the real pressure of time.

If any sensor indicates that there are approximately 25% lower air pressure than normal cold tire inflation pressure when the driver will be informed and that he will soon have to take any action so that this problem is completely solved.

There is another way also. In this method, the air pressure is calculated. The speed of each tire is calculated. If you have studied physics at intermediate then you will certainly understand that it is the trick behind this method?

Assume that the speed of a tire shown to be less compared to the other tires. What does this mean? Actually, if the deck will be underinflated when it will rotate more number of times to travel the same distance. Hence its speed will be higher. This is the principle of these methods.

So these are the two ways you can calculate the tire pressure. The tire pressure monitoring system developed with the help of these two principles. Generally there are two types of TPMS. They are indirectly and directly. You get them only installed in your car from a gas station.

You can't tell whether a tire has the correct air pressure just by looking at it. Always use a tire pressure gauge. Read more about it.
