radiator fan sensor switch, switch on the temperature ..?

i just replaced the fan sensor switch. one that was round it would switch to a condenser cooling fan at 100 ° C on one side and replaced it turns fan 85 * C.. the effect of any other part of the cooling system? I would like to know if the 85 * C instead of 100 ° C is fine. i just want my engine run a little cooler ..
