HELP with my refrigerator QTS!?

Yesterday, my brand new refrigerator to be commanded delivered and installed in my house, and it is built, we set the refrigerator to 37 ° F and freezer at 0 degrees F. This morning we checked and they are both correct temperature but the only thing is that there are three buttons on the inside of the refrigerator to say that open door, and the temperature calls services. When we open doors, open door alarm (tiny blue light turns on, like a scanner) does not turn on. We if we should press the reset button beside it, but we are afraid of what might happen, and we dont know if we should just press i or maintain.
