Chevy Truck Service Engine Soon Light On?

I have a 1995 Chevy K1500 pickup truck and the service engine light with codes: 13 - Open Oxygen Sensor Circuit 34 - MAP Sensor Circuit (Low Sig.) 44 - Oxygen Sensor Lean Exhaust Indicated wondering if anyone had any suggesstions to what I had to start replacing / checking. Thanks.

MAP sensor first. Sensor, which will operate the vehicle is rich or lean and make O2 sensor to read wrong information. MAP sensor is on the right side of the body attached to the gas intake pipe. It has plug and hose hooked it. Make sure that the hose is still hooked up and not cracked first. Furthermore, I have O2 sensor ..... make sure the wires were plugged in and melted.
