Heavy Work Sensory

heavy work sensory
I have insomnia, sometimes it changes, I can not sleep at all, then I sleep for over 13 + hours?

It's been a little more than a month. I am a student at the end of what has been a very stressful semester as a double major. Some nights I never make it to bed, and others no matter how early I'm turning in I still in bed on a next day. I make sure I do not interfere with my school work, but it took me miserable otherwise. I'm not a heavy drinker or drug user, I one or two caffeinated drinks a day on most, sometimes not, and in my earlier days. I'm not very physically active, unless you count the walking up and down the I stairs every day and the miles I walk to my car. I eat properly, a student, but not regularly because of my heavy Tues / Thurs study and the lack of breaks. I've tried everything sensory deprivation, aromatherapy, hot tea, milk, music, until 36 hours reset myself and taking over the counter Benadryl and sleeping pills and nothing works. Can someone sends me a suggestion?

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate, and spirit. Your brains working overtime and you can not get to slow down. Before bedtime, give yourself pleanty of time. If you have a lot on your mind, write it down, that way you do not feel that you should always go in your head. Take a warm shower to help relax your body. Read a story to get your mind off helping your school work or whatever is going on in your life. Try relaxation techniques, such as tensing and releasing your muscles. Good luck.
